of responsibilities of parties involved.

Expert Witness Testimony
We provide reviews and, if necessary, rebuttals
of expert reports. Working closely with trial
counsel, we prepare for expert testimony and
testify as expert witnesses.

preparing for the deposition and

GAO Protest Support and Litigation
We provide technical consulting in the
preparation of GAO Protest actions for contract
award disputes and declarations and testimony
during GAO hearings.

Enterprise Systems Health Assessments
Providing a snapshot in time of the health of
the project. A “report card” is prepared
indicating ratings and identifying recommended
corrective actions. As part of the service, we
evaluate whether all aspects are being properly
managed, status reporting accurately
represents the status of the project, critical
risks and quality defects are identified early,
appropriate mitigation/corrective actions are
taken, and that service providers comply with
contractual arrangements.

Planning
In case of an "in trouble" implementation, a
turnaround plan is jointly prepared with the
client.
